ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

   
1.

Diagnostic Testing. Schedule a time for diagnostic testing through the office of the Registrar. Regular testing for incoming students is usually done Saturdays of January. Special testing days may also be scheduled upon request. Test fees vary according to entry level.

 

Results of the test are discussed with parents within a week after its completion.

   
     
     
2.

Application Packet. Should parents desire to pursue enrollment of their child, they are given an Application packet containing the following:

 
   
 
a. Information about the school
b. Checklist of all forms and documents needed
c. Parent-Student Handbook
d. Application and Agreement forms
e. Character Recommendation Form (for adviser from previous school)
   
     
     
3.

Interview. Upon submission of completed forms and other required documents, BOTH parents and the student are scheduled for an interview with the Principal.

     
4.

Payment. Initial enrollment fees in accordance with the agreed upon mode of payment must be paid in cash or check form to complete the enrollment process.
